Job Description
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work area
- Purchase and order supplies
- Specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine or special dishes
- Typically, should have anywhere from three to five years of experience
- Must have Food handling certificate
- Must abide with all food safety and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Ability to work well with others.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with clients.
- Outgoing, friendly, positive personality.
- Ability to plan, schedule, organize, and prioritize work.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently.
